It is called Beefeater 24 because the botanicals are steeped in the spirit for a full 24 hours. The result is a fragrant gin with good sweetness.
Broad, long and herbaceous with orange oil, warm spice and the subtle sweetness of thyme honey linger.
It’s made with a combination of local and exotic ingredients, including juniper, clove, lemongrass, cubeb peppers and rosehips.
The juniper subsides and gives way to cardamom and cinnamon, with a late resurgence from orange peel.
