No.3 refers to the address of BBR – Number 3, St James’s Street. With juniper at its heart, it’s also made with three fruits and three spices using copper pot stills.

The earth rises very well, almost overpowering the mouth if it were not for the juniper and citrus. The woody notes calm down for a smooth and fruity finish.
First made in 1820 by James Burroughs. It is still, to this day, made to the same recipe. This is a spiced, fruity gin.
made in West Sussex from a grape spirit and 11 botanicals including wild water mint, grains of paradise and citrus peel.
The juniper subsides and gives way to cardamom and cinnamon, with a late resurgence from orange peel.
