It’s an old-style London Dry Gin, containing traditional botanicals and spices, that harks back to the gins of yesteryear. Hot white pepper and heavy berries with plenty of juniper.

Rich and earthy at first, with mellow vanilla and orange wafting though and bringing sweetness. Plenty of drying pine notes in support, bolstered by a spicy kick of coriander seed.
First made in 1820 by James Burroughs. It is still, to this day, made to the same recipe. This is a spiced, fruity gin.
After the roaring success of their Seville Orange vodka, the same formula aplied to their marvellous gin (made with organically grown apples).
The earth rises very well, almost overpowering the mouth if it were not for the juniper and citrus. The woody notes calm down for a smooth and fruity finish.
