To ensure you have the best time at our venue we politely ask for each member of your party to read our terms and conditions before arrival!
Bookings made online via RES DIARY:
Bookings can be amended up to 6 hours before without charge.
Each booking is for 1hr 50mins.
Lateness- We will hold your table for 10 minutes. Please note we reserve the right to resell your table after this time. A charge of £10 per head will be taken on the card of which details were provided at the time of booking.
No Shows and cancellations- Should a booking not arrive for a table reservation without cancelling via ResDiary within 6 hours of the booking then a charge of £10 per head will be taken on the card of which details were provided at the time of booking.
Reduction in group size- Should your booking reduce in size, a charge of £10 per head will be taken on the card of which details were provided at the time of booking. We do not accept reservations of 2 or 3.- if your group size decreases significantly we reserve the right to cancel your booking upon arrival and charge you £10 per head.
Table Allocation - All tables are pre-allocated depending on group size you will NOT be able to choose or swap tables so please don't ask when you arrive or state on booking comments.
Entry Refusal- On arrival, if any of your party is refused entry, a charge of £10 per head will be taken on the card which details were provided at the time of booking. We are an over 18s venue- if any members of your party are under 18 they will be refused entry.
Strictly over 18s only. Please bring your ID. Please be aware bags will be checked upon arrival.
In our venue we operate a challenge 25 policy so if you are one of those lucky ones who looks under 25 you will need to bring a valid form of ID, this can be either a driving licence or passport, We do not accept photocopies or photos of any forms of ID. We do not accept citizenship cards.
No paraphernalia, no balloons, no food or cakes! IF YOU ARE A HEN DO - PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU HAVE ANY PARAPHERNALIA YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
We have a strict dress code - if you do not adhere to the dress code, you will be refused entry and will be charged £10 per head. (No sports trainers, no flip flops, no tracksuits and no sportswear). If you are unsure on our dress code please do not hesitate to call or email us.
